Construction Documents

This translate the design into a precise and buildable set of drawings. I develop detailed plans, sections, and specifications that clearly communicate intent, coordinate systems, and support accurate pricing and construction. This phase ensures the project moves from idea to execution with clarity, confidence, and care.

Construction Administration

Construction Administration carries the design through to completion. I stay involved during construction to answer questions, review submittals, and support the team as the project takes shape. This continued presence helps maintain clarity, alignment, and care, ensuring the built work reflects the original intent.
